Spearheaded the design, development, and deployment of a full-stack, real-time monitoring and analytics platform for Dubai RTA. Leveraged Next.js for a dynamic dashboard, supported by a .NET central server and FastAPI microservices, processing camera feeds from a message queue to compute metrics and deliver interactive visualizations.

Advised on and collaborated in the design of a data processing pipeline to calculate key traffic metrics (e.g. flow, congestion, speed) from heterogeneous high-volume data sources, including ingestion via APIs and WebSockets.
